Although the process initially took a while to start, they eventually began and carried out a thorough filtering process. They were focused on finding candidates who could effectively handle US clients. Dharun was really helpful, even though I couldn’t make it on time; I requested to reschedule for the afternoon, and he kindly made it possible. The HR team's attitude was impressive, from the way they communicated to the guidance they provided. They handled everything smoothly and clearly explained the roles and responsibilities as I progressed to the second round.
