Round 1 - Assignment

I was asked to make a Flowchart using Figma. The Figma task given by Saadaa was completely irrelevant to the role I applied for. As a candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager position, being asked to create a flowchart using Figma made no sense whatsoever. Figma is a design tool, and its use in a recruitment process is completely out of place.
Despite the task being unrelated, I took the time to learn the basics of the tool and completed the assignment, only to be told my flowchart wasn't created using the "right options." It's clear that this exercise was a pointless hurdle, and it was a waste of time and effort. This task seemed more like a test of my willingness to jump through arbitrary hoops rather than a genuine evaluation of relevant skills.

Saadaa's approach to recruitment in both misguided and frustrating. Instead of focusing on the skills necessary for the position, they throw irrelevant tasks at candidates, wasting their time and showing a complete lack of understanding of what the role truly requires. This whole experience feels like an unnecessary and unprofessional distraction.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Saada's hiring process is a complete joke. They ask candidates to perform irrelevant tasks, like using Figma for a role in TA, just to waste time. The founder round was equally unprofessional, with the founder showing up late, claiming I wouldn't last more than a quarter. They even had the audacity to ask me to come to their office for a day of free work, despite being located far away. This isn't recruitment, it's exploitation. Beware----this company is a scam that doesn't respect candidates or their time.

I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies. I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience.
