There no work life balance, scam the employees, salary is very less, promise to give salary hike after 6 months but after 6 months does not provide salary hike instead they try to find mistakes in work never discussed before during the tenure.. No respect for employees and only listen to managers and always takes action on employees.. Very ridiculous work culture. Thier customer service is also very bad....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
