Round 2 - Coding Test 

A coding test is a programming Challenge that assess a developer's coding skills and problem solving abilities. It can be used to evaluate a single developer or a group of developers.

Round 3 - Group Discussion 

A group discussion is a structured conversation where a group of individuals discuss a specific topic.

Round 4 - Assignment 

A clear description of what needs to be done ,including specific requirements ,format and length.
