Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Kindly keep in mind that if a candidate is not able to clear the training then the training will be unpaid and after selection, there is no medical casual or any other kind of leaves will be there and there are no incentives whether the hr told you about incentive but there are no incentives and their salary will be never on time so there is no job security.

I applied via Referral and was interviewed in Jan 2022. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

The aptitude was so easy when I joined the Teleperformance in 2020.
It was so easy having mathematics of percentage calculation.
Second was having general knowledge questions.
And the last was English comprehensive questions...
It was so easy and you can crack the interview very easily.
I have given interview without any preparation. ?

Round 2 - Typing Test
