Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - In rounds like group discussion in any company you, the interviewer will see how attentive you are and how well can you put your point and how well did you understand the concept. In group discussion, be careful and don’t jump and speak more and don’t think like it’s a debate competition and make your point debating, cutting others statements. These are the worst things for you to do. Be attentive to other candidate’s statements, what they are saying what their point is, then calmly put your words in. This will make the interviewer think that you listen first and then speak. This helps in any company’s group discussion round. Now rounds like English phrase writing are easy as you will be asked to phrase sentences or write something on a particular subject. You can write anything there. Then comes “speak something on yourself or your hometown or Bangalore etc” these are very common questions asked in interview. Don’t rush things, don’t try to fake your accent. Be original. Even if you speak English with grammar mistake or not fluent enough, don’t worry just be confident in what you are speaking don’t show that you are nervous. Because, being confident even though when you’re not fluent will impress the interviewer and pass you to next round. The next round is ops. You will be clearly instructed what to do and how to take the exam. It’s quite easy if you are good at math and English grammar. Some differ from which process you are giving the interviewe for. So it’s not much of headache. After you clear all of these, comes the typing test. No worries here as you will be given 3 attempts to get the required scores in speed and accuracy, and even though if you are unable to do it, they will surely get you on board as you have cleared all the previous rounds and typing can be improved while you are in training.
After all these, now you will receive the offer letter and further information on on boarding process.

Please note that the above interview process common on any company for the customer service role.
