I am planning to resign
I’m planning to resign tomorrow. Despite delivering what we promised and going above and beyond, we’re constantly blamed due to the urgency of the project going live.
In my experience, the management at is worse than service companies...no support when needed, and no accountability for issues we raised.
I’ve had enough and decided to move on. Most people are off till Jan 6, so I plan to use the first 15 days of my notice to prepare for interviews. I don’t have an offer yet, but given the market, I feel chances are good during the notice period.
Should I go ahead and resign? Need your suggestions.

Why Your Best Employees Are Quietly Planning Their Exit
It’s not just about the paycheck anymore.
Here’s what actually keeps top talent loyal:
1️⃣ Recognition Matters
A simple “Thank you” or public shoutout makes employees feel valued. People stay where they’re appreciated.
2️⃣ Work-Life Balance
Burnout is real. Flexible hours and respect for personal time keep employees committed.
3️⃣ Growth Opportunities
Stagnation drives people away. Career progression and skill-building are non-negotiable for retention.
4️⃣ Fair Pay
If your competitors pay better, loyalty won’t save you. Fair compensation shows you value their work.
5️⃣ Healthy Culture
Supportive leadership, mental health care, and a sense of belonging make all the difference.
Bottom line: If your team feels invisible or stuck, they’re already looking elsewhere.

New Mom Back to work
How many companies actually help new moms return to work after maternity break? It's only been a week, and I already feel pressured enough to prove myself in my role. Nobody is actually pushing me, but in the back of my mind, I feel FOMO.

Worst management 😒 & unexperienced managers
How to tackle 3rd class toxic manager, he/she asked to share leave plans 2 months before. For 1 day sick leave, they aksed us for dr. Presciption paper. For planed leaves if we share 3 months before he says that will discuss and not approves leave even after discussion as well. As per AML right source leave policy casual/sickl leaves are meant for personal & Health related emergencies but as per these toxic managers there should be no personal emergency or Health related issues for employees life. They ate trwleating us like slaves. AML right source should hire decent managers who knows excel, word, powerpoints so they can show their talents to freshers rather than putting them on PIP or Hr's or One-O-One discussion for mental harassment. Every managers have their own sycophant who gave all the inside story of all the agents and gets promotions while doing nothing.

If this post hits 100 likes, I’m taking sick leave next saturday.
My project team has been working Saturdays for months because of a high priority deadline, and I’ve shown up every single time for the past 3 - 4 months.
But next saturday is my parents’ anniversary, and I don’t want to miss it just for another work saturday.
So, 100 likes = sick leave + proof with a photo. Let’s see what happens😆
