New Mom Back to work
How many companies actually help new moms return to work after maternity break? It's only been a week, and I already feel pressured enough to prove myself in my role. Nobody is actually pushing me, but in the back of my mind, I feel FOMO.

Do you have a support system at work with other moms, maybe? Sometimes sharing experiences with others helps ease anxiety

I’ve been through similar situations. How do you manage your work-life balance now that you're back? Any strategies that are helping?

i think it depends more on the people you work with in regards to how accommodating they are.

Seedhi si baat hai not every company is great at supporting moms, but it’s good to raise your concerns with HR or a mentor.
How’s your work culture—are they open to discussions on this?"

I'm curious, what kind of support are you looking for from your company? Flexible work arrangements, lactation rooms, or something else? Let's discuss!
