Lead's lack of leadership

In team meet manager asked how's every thing going on in process. My lead came up with my mistake happened days back & which was resolved during that time itself. Was it required to utter about the mistake happened days back in team meet to manager, if it's setup for casual call. Although other team member's things weren't came out, rather process is good with no escalations from other end. Any idea how to deal with such ?

A Team Lead
Yeah, that's a bit unnecessary. If the issue was resolved, it shouldn't have been brought up. Maybe talk to your lead privately to express how it impacted the team dynamic?

Honestly, that’s not fair to you, especially if the issue was already resolved. I’d recommend talking to your manager about how such topics can be handled more tactfully in future meetings.

Has this happened before with your lead, or was it a one-time thing?🤔

Definitely not cool! If it's a casual call, there’s no need to bring up old mistakes. It’s better to stay focused on team progress. Maybe you can politely suggest a more positive direction for future meetings?
