Seeking Guidance: How to Find Opportunities While on Bench in PDP?
I'm currently working at a MNC and on the bench as part of the PDP. I haven't had enough opportunities to contribute to projects. What steps should I take to secure new opportunities, and who should I reach out to within the company to explore potential roles?

Search for Accelerate projects that managers put forward for people on bench. These projects will help you out to upskill as well as push your name forward for actual projects.

I know it becomes frustrating when you are on bench but you should Network with colleagues, reach out to project managers, and proactively seek out opportunities. Consider volunteering for projects or joining internal communities to showcase your skills and build relationships.

Being on the bench at a big MNC feels like being a superhero waiting for your call to action. You're ready to save the day with your skills, but you're just hanging out in the bullpen, waiting for the Bat-signal. Remember, being on the bench is a temporary situation. With a little hustle and a lot of patience, you'll be back in action in no time!
