Yar, I'd say the mental strength of remote vs. hybrid workers really depends on the individual’s work style. Some thrive in isolation, others need that in-person connection.

I honestly believe remote workers have it tougher mentally. You miss the human connection, the office banter, and even just being around people. It feels like you’re constantly working and never really ‘off’. Anyone else feel the same?
