Pay slip.

Hello everyone, I've received a job offer from a company, but I had to submit my previous company's pay slip, which I had raised. I'm concerned about whether this could lead to any issues during the background verification process. Could there be any potential actions taken against me? Looking forward to your insights. Thanks!

I understand your concern. Generally, employers do ask for pay slips during the background verification process to ensure the information you provided is accurate. However, if you’ve raised the pay slip legitimately, as long as the salary figures align with what you’ve stated in your resume or offer, it should be okay. The only potential issue could be if the company finds discrepancies during verification, so it's always best to be transparent.
