An Operations Manager
I am planning to resign
I’m planning to resign tomorrow. Despite delivering what we promised and going above and beyond, we’re constantly blamed due to the urgency of the project going live.
In my experience, the management at is worse than service companies...no support when needed, and no accountability for issues we raised.
I’ve had enough and decided to move on. Most people are off till Jan 6, so I plan to use the first 15 days of my notice to prepare for interviews. I don’t have an offer yet, but given the market, I feel chances are good during the notice period.
Should I go ahead and resign? Need your suggestions.

Sounds like you’re really at your limit! 😩, don’t rush yourself take the time to find the right fit

If your notice period isn't much say one month or less you should have an offer before resigning. Or else go with resigning directly.
