I got laid off from my current dumb f company

Actually, I was working for a lame interior designing company by helping them for performance improvement. The database is poorly managed, and gathering data is totally unstructured whenever I mention things related to data that pulls my work process back to my manager he points out other people and say how they are working, but they are not even doing things as difficult as mine, and this head of planning is truly a 3rd rated unskilled boomer who shouts at me everytime when he doesn't get desired result which cannot be done with all limitations in tools, for eg he needs 1 year data the query involves 11 tables but it should run with 5 mins window and it will never happen, I can wake people who is really sleeping but I couldn't wake people who is acting like 😴 💤, I need your inputs here, how to handle people like this in future and what to do if the environment is too bad like this company.

Good Evening you all , Hope you doing well , Hey you all I need a suggestion about my internship I got selected in Mobiloitte technology (Delhi , Govindpuri) in this company they are not paying me for 6 months and saying that they'll onboard me only I completed all the 6 tasks but for those tasks they are giving us yt videos from where I got nothing in my mind and saying that make projects depends on these training and if I do this internship so I have to relocate and have to pay 60-70 k . Today I found that most of the employees are new in here they have been in this company since only maximum 2 months what should I do . I'm really confused

Career Dilemma: Stay or Move On

I am currently working in a top MNC company, and my working hours are 12 hours a day (8 AM to 8 PM), with 6 working days a week (sometimes alternate Sundays as well). My current CTC is 4.2 LPA, but my in-hand monthly salary is not good as almost 10k is deducted from the gross CTC every month. As a software engineer with over 2 years of experience, I've faced significant challenges at my current company. Despite my efforts, my salary has remained stagnant at 12 + 1 LPA for the past two years, with no career growth in sight. How I landed my first few internships, no sugarcoating, honest truth➡️

Internship hunting was tough. I applied everywhere. Naukri, Indeed, career pages… and most of the time? SILENCE. Then, a senior told me about this whatsapp group where you get direct HR contacts from top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Zomato, Tata etc. I was doubtful. (HRs ghost most of the time anyway 😬) But I tried. Cold-mailed. Followed up. And guess what? STILL NOTHING! Because the fact is that most of the times such groups and communities are used for marketing and not for actually helping candidates. So I got back to job portals and kept on applying for another few months, and FINALLY... Still no response! Then I finally called my uncle who was working in a big Mnc. Got real responses, real conversations, referrals and eventually, an internship! So the honest fact about jobs & internships is, NETWOKING is very important!

No Automation experience

Everywhere now in QA, automation is a must. But in my entire career I never got to work in Automation team or as a Automation tester. Now I have moved into leadership role but I am stuck with the same role last 8 years as when I try to apply dor new job as Test lead or Test Manager with 15 years of exp, I don't get much interview calls. Automation expertise is a must. For a 15 year old exp QA lead, the SDET level automation exp is required which is impossible it seems for me to achieve. Any ideas?

I recently started working at a new job, but my previous employer is causing me significant stress. Despite my continuous requests, they have not provided me with my relieving letter. They insist that I need to serve a notice period, although I have not signed any document agreeing to this. Additionally, my previous employer does not provide a Provident Fund (PF). This situation has left me wondering about the best course of action: 1. Continue Working at Both Companies: Is it feasible to continue working at both companies, given the lack of PF at my previous job and the stress related to not receiving the relieving letter? 2. Quit the Previous Job: Should I quit my previous job and fully transition to my new role, considering the complications I am facing with the relieving letter and the absence of PF benefits? To provide further context: My previous employer has not issued my relieving letter despite multiple requests. Even though I have not signed any document.

I started working since 2019 every 1/1.5 yrs I am constantly switching companies because of toxic environment, work life balance, poor career growth, my current company is the 4th company, my question here is am I expecting more or it's common among everyone or it is normalized, also it takes more than 3 months for me to understand the business In every company, I was very productive in my first role took responsibility for all my team's work, but appreciation didn't happen instead blame game politics was initiated so it made me switch for the first time and went to another company as contract employee there 14 days of continuous work for 2 day leaves work life balance issue and moved to another company as con emp again there it is WFO my shift timings was 9 to 6 but prod managers will come at 12.30 and ask me to stay till 8 in the evening, it made my life worse, in my current role stupid general manager of sales doesn't know how a db works, asking me illogical request to be done.

I was fired from my last job due to repeated anxiety attacks!

And I didn't even understand what they were. But now, even if I work a 14-hour day, it doesn't bother me simply because there aren't any A-holes around. Magical how a healthy atmosphere can heal you irrespective of work pressure. Previously, I faced the whole buffet, late-night crying spells, morning dread, unwillingness to get out of bed and face another shitty day. It affected my health, finances, and every waking moment. Undergoing that amount of stress changes a person, and not for the better. I was willing to resign, but middle-class societal conditioning has a long shelf life. There's no lesson in this post if you're looking for one, one path does not suits to everyone. Understand your own situation, your drives, desires, and limitations, then make a choice that leads to the kind of life you can be happy about in the long run. But just make sure, that you aren't taking too much stress because of "work"!
