I am getting bored of jobs every one year is this normal or I am dumb

I started working since 2019 every 1/1.5 yrs I am constantly switching companies because of toxic environment, work life balance, poor career growth, my current company is the 4th company, my question here is am I expecting more or it's common among everyone or it is normalized, also it takes more than 3 months for me to understand the business In every company, I was very productive in my first role took responsibility for all my team's work, but appreciation didn't happen instead blame game politics was initiated so it made me switch for the first time and went to another company as contract employee there 14 days of continuous work for 2 day leaves work life balance issue and moved to another company as con emp again there it is WFO my shift timings was 9 to 6 but prod managers will come at 12.30 and ask me to stay till 8 in the evening, it made my life worse, in my current role stupid general manager of sales doesn't know how a db works, asking me illogical request to be done.

Firstly, It's common for people to switch jobs every few years, especially in the early stages of their careers. But if you find yourself stuck in a toxic workplace or feeling like your career isn’t going anywhere, it might be time to take a step back and think about what you want. Are your current job and company helping you reach your goals? If not, it might be time to explore new opportunities.

Think about it to twice before forming any opinion. It takes time to familiarize yourself with company culture, processes, and systems.

It's normal to switch in the early stages of your career. But if you've changed 4 places due to bad environment, perhaps the industry you work in is itself pretty bad or it is something you are not very passionate about. Contemplate on this one.

See, toxicity will be almost everywhere, kahi pe thodi kam hogi, kahi pe thodi jyada, you need to learn how to adapt and build some patience. coz since its your 4th company now, i would strongly recommend you to stay and complete atleast 2 years in this firm and then decide the further course of action.

Wow, you've been on quite a rollercoaster! It seems like you've been jumping from one toxic workplace to another. Maybe it's time to consider if there's a pattern in your job choices, or perhaps you're just incredibly unlucky😓

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated with frequent job changes, especially when they're due to negative experiences. Would you like to discuss any specific strategies for improving your job search or navigating challenging work environments?
