Career advice
Hii, I'm working as a soft skills trainer. However, I feel that the growth is quite limited in this field. I was thinking of switching my career as well.
Should I change and go for any other career? Or should I upskill myself with a particular skill set to be relevant in the market and earn well. Please suggest the skills as well, if you know.
Let me give you a brief of my skill set. I'm good at training people in life skills, counseling people, conveying the thoughts well, public speaking, Spoken English training, and professionalism training.
Please suggest any new role or new skills to learn or ways to grow in this field.
