Suggestion needed.
Due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I had to resign from my previous job within four months without completing the required notice period.
Consequently, I received a termination letter from the company.
I am contemplating whether to disclose this information to potential recruiters or omit it from my job history.

Honestly, I’d suggest being upfront about it if the gap comes up in interviews. You can frame it as a short-term role that ended due to unexpected medical issues, which is totally understandable. Many recruiters value transparency, and it’s better than risking them finding out later

I feel Honesty is always the best policy. Disclosing the situation upfront can build trust with the recruiter. It shows integrity and lets you explain the circumstances, potentially mitigating any negative impact.

Bro you don’t have to go into too much detail you can explain the situation briefly, focusing on how you’ve learned and grown from the experience. How do you feel about addressing it directly in your interviews?

If you feel ki situation ko achhe tareeke se explain kar sakte ho, toh bata dena. Transparency to sahi hi rehti hai.

I think medical circumstances are something which are uncertain and its okay to have gone through such a phase.....short gaps with valid reason can help you come out of the pit .. dont worry

Job Offer Dilemma
I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision?
