CHOOSE WISELY WHERE TO WORK
I JOINED MED MENOR BY THOUGHT TO GET CAREER GROWTH AT LOW SALRY HOPED THAT I CAN GET PROMOTION FASTER WHEN I WILL PERFORM BUT THIS TYPE OF COMPANY CULTURE HAS NO PATIENCE I PERFORMED FOR 10 MONTHS BUT FOR A SINGLE MONTH PERFORMANCE COMPANY HAS HOLD MY SALARY THIS IS THE CULTURE OF THIS COMPANY.THOUGH YTD ACHIEVMENT IS 96% SO I ASSURED I WILL COVER UP REST 4% IN COMING MONTHS BUT THEY HOLD MY SALARY TOTATLY PORPAGANDA BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY .REALLY I AM NOT FEELING GOOD WRITING THIS POST BUT IN MY 15 YEARS CAREER THISN IS THE FIRST COMPANY TO DO SO.
