Switch technology/career as feeling stagnant in current
Hi,
I'm a software developer of 4 years experience in frontend development (React, javascript and typescript). I have worked in 2 companies so far and in both the companies I have worked in the same role.
I don't have any interest in backend development works and so I don't want to become a full stack developer.
I feel stagnant in my work and I feel I can be replaced anytime soon.
As I want a career without much pressure and workload, please suggest a career path and ways to switch.
Currently I have the role Data Analyst in my mind.
Thank you.

A Team Lead
Switching to Data Analyst could work well, especially with your existing JavaScript knowledge.
Have you thought about roles like Data Visualization Specialist? It’s a nice blend of your skills!

An Ops Executive
Roles like Technical Consultant or Product Owner could also offer fresh challenges without requiring backend skills.

Here’s what I am considering:1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a...

And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?

Zomato's Apology🫨
I recently came across a post about Zomato. They added an extra fee for their vegetarian delivery service, which upset a lot of vegetarians. Many felt it was like a "luxury tax" for choosing plant-based meals. The good news? Zomato’s CEO, Deepinder Goyal, has already apologized for the move and assured everyone it’ll be fixed soon. It’s great to see quick accountability and a willingness to address concerns. What are your thoughts on this kind of pricing adjustment and Zomato’s response?
