Career shift advice
I am a masters pass out with Structural engineering background but due to personal reasons and also less opportunities in this field for a fresher I am thinking about career shift to UX Design. Give me advice.

UX design is a great field to shift to, especially if you have an eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Have you looked into online courses like Google’s UX Design Certificate?

Structural engineering to UX? That’s a unique perspective you’ll bring! Designers with diverse backgrounds are in demand. Go for it! 💪

UX is definitely in demand, but it's also a competitive field. You've got that sharp analytical mind from your engineering background, so use it to your advantage! Focus on really understanding users, how information flows, and how people interact with things.
Build a strong portfolio that shows how you solve problems with good design. Maybe think about a bootcamp or some online courses to get a solid foundation.
So, what really excites you about UX? Is it the user research, the visual design, or maybe the strategic side of things?

Bro...Many UX designers come from non-design backgrounds. Use your structural engineering skills to think systematically—it’s an asset

You really need to dig deep into what UX is all about. Does it actually sound like something you'd really enjoy?

You gotta think about the money too. Can you afford to take the time to learn and maybe even take a pay cut while you're transitioning?
