No Automation experience
Everywhere now in QA, automation is a must. But in my entire career I never got to work in Automation team or as a Automation tester. Now I have moved into leadership role but I am stuck with the same role last 8 years as when I try to apply dor new job as Test lead or Test Manager with 15 years of exp, I don't get much interview calls. Automation expertise is a must. For a 15 year old exp QA lead, the SDET level automation exp is required which is impossible it seems for me to achieve. Any ideas?

An Ops Executive
15 years in QA and no automation experience? That’s tough, yaar. But maybe you could start by automating your team’s daily processes or small repetitive tasks to get your hands dirty with it?

Totally get your situation, bro! Maybe you can start automating some parts of your team's workflows? It’ll be hands-on experience without the huge leap. What tools are you thinking about trying first? 🤔
