New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I've had the worst experience with teleperformance Mohali. There is nothing to like except the salary got credited on time

If you're someone who plans things then this is the worst company to work with, they hire people in abundance and can't contain it. They changed 4 of my processes & rotational shifts weekly. Also it has been 8 months since my date of exit but my PF portal is still not updated.

Less salary Long hours duty Have to pick up 100 to 110 calls daily only for 10500 per month Bad food quality Poor management Even a first aid medical facility was not there

Teleperformance is not atall supporting me. They are neither calling me to the office nor giving me the salary. They are not even providing work from home. They are only saying that my are is on containment zone. Tp is not atall employees centric. Not helping me at.very bad experience
