...mentione above. After IJP . Appraisal . Same people same place . Same promotion. Just someone pay is more bcz his previous salary was more. And what, we both are working same. And now again i have to wait for 1 year . My apprial for this year 144/- rs. Means WOOOWWWWWWW.. clearly writing. Bcz this is nothing what an employee expect after giving his 100% in this job.

...agement is transparent. There is abuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are goof , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike too..

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.
