Nothing to dislike as such. I have been part of this organization from 3 year and wishing to stay for a longer period.

"Salary and promotions are good, but when it comes to work-life balance, it's zero. We need to work on Sundays, and there's not enough time to spend with family. The working hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM."

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.
