People working in teleperformance like in upper level are not supportive at all IT team is not good zero rating to them. TP is good but managers and EC team is less than zero

Great work. Feel secure . Helpful in this situation. Need to give appraisal as per skills and work.. management is well. But as per my experience HR must be more interactive with us. Low interaction.

Just same as mentione above. After IJP . Appraisal . Same people same place . Same promotion. Just someone pay is more bcz his previous salary was more. And what, we both are working same. And now again i have to wait for 1 year . My apprial for this year 144/- rs. Means WOOOWWWWWWW.. clearly writing. Bcz this is nothing what an employee expect after giving his 100% in this job.
