The company has many field it has a filling station and restaurants and hotel and much more so if you join the company you don't need to go out to find something. because every necessary things you will find in one complex.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

There is no promotion once you join after 2 years you will be at the same post.and there is no off days and duty hours are so long.

Work Details

Work is good in other fields like hotel but in restaurant field you have to stand your all duty time

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
