Everything is terrible. They support an AP who hits someone and who got reported to HR many times. The management is terrible and they got rid of more than half of my department and didn't tell us why - "blaming it on performance" but we really know it's because the company has no money >. There is alot of office politics and the bosses don't give any support and don't respect their own employees. This is the worst company I've ever worked at and I came out 20 pounds heavier and with mental health issues to a point where I'm strapped with medicines to sleep. DO NOT work here....Read More

Force people out of the blue into PIP, no clear metrics provided , no feedback , just asked to leave. ' Treat people right' is the biggest irony . Politics entrenched in the DNA of the leadership here . Worst firm to be at , specially for lateral hires.

Limited growth opportunities: Lateral hires don't have any growth opportunities. Only home grown can grow in that environment. Hire and fire : ZS works on hire and fire principle, infact now as well they are hiring at a very fast pace at the same time the leadership is planning to cut 35% Asso ciates that too from the current status</mark>. Leadership without any vision : It seems like the vision is not clear to them, whether they want to be product based company (with Zaidyn) or a pharma consulting company with 80% Pharma clients or just a consulting company. The vision is missing due to which leadership is not sure where they should focus more on....Read More
