    Emerging Leaders Rewards Program (ELRP)

    For associates and associate consultant roles, ZS will provide ELRP. This tenure-based incentive is a total of INR 9 lacs/INR 6 lacs (based on the role), which begins after 12 months of tenure and is paid at every one-year milestone till 48 months of your tenure with ZS.

    Provident Fund

    A ZSer will make 12% contributions on the first INR *15,000 of their monthly salary through payroll deduction; ZS makes a separate additional matching contribution to your account. You can opt for additional contributions to your Fund account through payroll deduction.
