ZS is one of the most demanding firms to exist. There is little pushback to client and going to the extent of working for continuous 40 hours is considered a duty and your karma. Though there is talk about respect for the employee's personal space but in actuality people tend to be way less empathetic when someone puts personal overprofessional. The appraisal system is tardy and frustrating and encountering a situation where you are rated low but people fail to provide you parameters for development is highly probable.
