Perfect place for workoholics. The work is extensive and requires a alot of deep understanding. It teaches you how to manage strict deadlines and working under pressure. Apart from work, in terms of perks, cab service is the best facility that ZS provides. It is mostly hassle-free.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really bad. An average logging off time is 9-9.30. Even if the work is less, team members end up stretching the work for no reason. Work culture is very toxic. Its more like all work and no play situation. But then again, this is very subjective and depends on the team that you have are assigned to. Helpful people Decent culture although it’s going down the drain post covid Flexible timing Don’t really need approval for leaves If youre a fresher, its a good place to learn corporate stuff, develop ability to work uner pressure and strict deadlines, ownership of the project, good for 1-2 years. However if you don’t have interest in pharma/healthcare, dont join here, you’ll be in hell.

Managing wlb is very difficult. It keeps getting worse as you go up the ladder. Promotions can be tricky, more biased towards tenure than performance.
