The people we work with every day makes a great environment and ZS has smart people who are very courteous and keep people first

The focus on using In House tools makes the learnt skills irrelevant in the market. Also, the work-life balance is not great.

Overall work culture is very easy to blend into. Work life balance takes a hit but the understanding team members and flexible work culture, along with the compensations and benefits more or less makes up for it.

Terrible work-life balance. Day starts at 10 am here and there were days when I used to come at 3-4 am in the morning. As compared to the workload the pay scale doesn't match with industry standards. One can get few learning opportunities and great culture here but the frustration of heavy workload will disturb your personal life.
