I don’t have any words to describe this company because it's unlike anything I've ever seen. There are no job portals, no ATS, and we are only required to source candidates from social media. The company has just five members, including the Owner.They opened this company just for tax purposes.

Dislikes

I dislike pretty much everything at Zirlen Technologies. The work is boring, the projects are uninteresting, and the management doesn’t know what they’re doing. I don’t feel valued, and it seems like there’s no room for growth.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
