They may give you remote work but every quarter you will have to visit your main office.

Work Life balance is 0 here Job Security is 0 here Politics is at its peak Managers just dont listen If you argue they will put you to PIP They expect you to work 24x7 If you are at India time they will call you in US time They even call you on your weekends They can fire you on same day giving all kind of bs reason Terrible company and toxic environment to work

Decision are taken by only one person like proprietor ship. Need to change the way of working/ handling the organization. Hire and fire is regular affair.
