As lines team there is teamwork across the company and even at team level. This idear helps us to discuus and foward ideas because company is innovative..Our job security is fair and our salaries are the best in the country. The company gives linesman refresher courses yearly

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but very poor currence. the work pressure is very high to work 15 hours and above a day. Travelling is on daily bases..Team is very good as its a liveline culture

generally my work is slightly challenging so I have to look after the entire power network of the region and most of the feeders are radial. As a linesman I have to work hard in priventive maintanancein order to have an efficient supply of electricy

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
