Likes

Great work environment and culture, very supportive and friendly management. There are many activities focused on Health and lifestyle and many other aspects every week creating an interactive and employee friendly environment. Very flexible work hours

Work Details

I had a great time working at Zensar! I struggled to get stabilized in the project, but learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
