The Work Culture at Zensar is Homely, The Working hours here are extremely flexible, The work assigned to me is thoroughly discussed and explain in detail, I can enjoy the work from home facility, The people are helpful and I have not faces any issues with communication,

Only Pros that I have seen is WFH for 4 days.Nothing but spoiling your career if you are joining Zensar.. No Expectations should be set.. Best for Inexperienced candidates

No projects. No ethics. If 45 days you are on bench, you are terminated . Also if you are vocal and raise your voice against any Policy or mishappenings, You are shown the door. Manager driven .Lot of politics. HR's and Managers are terrible. No onsite oppurtunities. No growth for development.No Guidewire,Oracle, SAP Projects. Policies are very worst.. Managers expect slavery from associates..Managers in Bangalore and Hyderabad are fit for nothing.. salaries are not paid on time. Even Reimbursement amount will not be given on time.. waste of joining. Think multiple times before joining Zensar....Read More

Hyderabad office is located in DLF Building which makes it a very good place to work at environment wise. The company area wise size is big enough and occupies almost 2 floors in a block in DLF. There is neither gender nor seniority discrimination issues as such which makes it a friendly environment to work at especially for female corporates.

Dislikes

Over recent years, its number of projects in Oracle and SAP domain have declined in Hyderabad branch which meant there were more employees serving the bench period for a decent period. There are currently more support oriented projects than pure implementation/development projects which hinders the learning growth of employees who are seeking out for enhancing their knowledge over a particular technology/technologies....Read More
