Excellent work life balance, option to work from home. If you are good the leaders will support you.

Dislikes

You are good as long as you are in the project, but once your project ends, the job security takes a hit. Lot of re org structuring happens due to which you may have your top management being changed. This affects the career aspiration of an employee, as practically he has to start from fresh with his new manager.

Work Details

Work at Zensar is always fun, you need to show your worth and you will get a lot of support from management. They do provide quite a decent quality of leadership training which will help you in sharpening your leadership skills.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
