Likes

Management people were very kind and helped me out in hard situations. They provided a lot of benefits to the employee, irrespective of their designation and relationship with the management.

Dislikes

The objectives of the organization were not well defined, and there was a lack of effective communication between management and employees. They had an absurd idea about how to evaluate our work.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
