This is my first internship wherein I'm working as Fundraising recruitment HR. I am really enjoying it and the heads are really encouraging. An intern get recognised on the basis of his/her performance. It is an unpaid internship and I got the valuable experience from this.

Dislikes

I do not dislike anything about it. But yes this is unpaid internship.

Work Details

Although I didn't had any experience prior to this internship but since I'm working here I'm learning and getting knowledge about the HR field more. I got many chances to show my thinking abilities, to put across my views and ideas. The team is welcoming.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

As I did work from home internship it was a good learning experience for me as a HR intern. Teammates and the team lead were very encouraging and supportive. There was complete transparency about the management. Overall it was a good choice to start my internship.

Work Details

Work life at YEF was quite flexible and the work load isn't much. The team leads helped in every steps of learning the job. As I was given opportunity to take up different tasks which helped me to learn on various aspects of my internship.
