This is my first internship wherein I'm working as Fundraising recruitment HR. I am really enjoying it and the heads are really encouraging. An intern get recognised on the basis of his/her performance. It is an unpaid internship and I got the valuable experience from this.

Dislikes

I do not dislike anything about it. But yes this is unpaid internship.

Likes

As I did work from home internship it was a good learning experience for me as a HR intern. Teammates and the team lead were very encouraging and supportive. There was complete transparency about the management. Overall it was a good choice to start my internship.

Though my internship was work from home and it was little difficult to figure out overall management and culture. But my mentor was very helpful and supportive. I really loved interning from this organization.
