I liked working in this company in the work of preparation of US taxation files. Work Process is good. There is also provided bonus to employees if we complete our targets and satisfy customers. Teammates are supportive and finally Good culture was there.

Career growth is slow and low. Management doesn't give good response to our issues. There will be lot of delay in paying the salaries. Its the main drawback. And no proper facilities are provided

The job is quite interesting. And Learning this Drake software is awesome. More than training I learnt everything on the job itself. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to play different roles in the same team and hence proved myself.
