Founders have no experience, so they themselves don’t understand what they want to do. Zero trust for employee opinions. And very very money minded people. Zero people values. They act like they know it all, but actually end up foolish, like always.

Dislikes

They expect all employees to beg and waste their time for their benefit. Finally end up paying more. Total foolish approach. Who likes to beg? The founders should be doing it. Zero employee satisfaction for any employee as the environment is damn toxic.
