Pros : You get to learn a lot if you are Completely new to this field.

Cons : 1. Please be ready for salary deductions, by the name of late comings they will deduct your salary every month. 2. Please be Prepare to manage atleast 5 to 6 brandsingle handed. 3. You won't get Relieving letter, Salary Slip while leaving the company. It's completely depends upon the founder's mood. You would get the docs may be after one month or Never....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
