This company is open to creation and innovation. I have the opportunity to learn and grow myself in new platforms. My boss respect and value my experience and the expertise that i bring and i encouraged to try out new things if it does not work out i am supported with lessons. My teammates are very kind and helpful and also have more humor sense always something to laugh so that i got refresh and back to work with fresh mind....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. sometimes i have to work more than 14 hours in a day until to complete the task. Sometimes my boss do not accept my opinion on work which makes me to feel discourage.

Work Details

No two days are the same. I am always being passionate about what i have been doing. It's make me so exciting and new start of everyday.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
