Good culture,no office politics,work from home,gym benifits,health benifits, Saturday Sunday off,my personal favourite directly connect with boss everyday for work report . Everyday 1 hour is given after lunch time from company time to learn something new.

Dislikes

Lower salary as of now but company is growing

Work Details

Work policy: Some of employees like me have permanent wfh some has to do from office,based on your location from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
