Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. All Indiabull Integrated companies are fraud who spoiling employees future career, Uncultured, unethical, All morons with ego mind set sitting yet top Management

They will give Decent compensation and employees skill utilization and team managing skills are poor. Manager do not value individual skills strength or any inputs. No Appraisals and you will not receive any of your variable incentive. there is no job security. TA team/ hiring team lag on hiring process. Ungraduate will be paid more and you have to report to Unskilled manager. which is pain.

no job security at all, entire teams can be fired in a day or two. i have never seen such worst HR practices even in a small companies
