Business Concept on which company is working is good. 1. Company doesn't invest on office space they will keep you like caged all bosses and employees sitting together and listening to everything u say and replying to that. 2. Company is dominated old employees because they have some equity of the company so they work for 15 hrs a day u days a week and expect u to do the same. 3. U ll be rarely given any Saturday off and u will be asked to work from home if you apply for leave....Read More

Toxic culture, they don't how to talk to employee. Take weekends for granted. Take advantage of employee situation and abuse them. Harassment of employee is very common.
