Business Concept on which company is working is good. 1. Company doesn't invest on office space they will keep you like caged all bosses and employees sitting together and listening to everything u say and replying to that. 2. Company is dominated old employees because they have some equity of the company so they work for 15 hrs a day u days a week and expect u to do the same. 3. U ll be rarely given any Saturday off and u will be asked to work from home if you apply for leave.

Dislikes

4. Get Double salary and be their servant. 5. They donot even offer any type of gift on Diwali to their employees.

Likes

quality of work and learning is good. The company is well structured and organised as a startup. You get to work alongside a bunch of very talented and skilled people.

Dislikes

A little micromanaged. Almost impossible to get leaves (no sick leaves).worst thing about this company is that almost everyone has no regard for their juniors.

Good learning opportunity, but not allowed to learn.

Dislikes

They take simple interview for Java backend, then ask employees to work for front-end and don't give them time to learn, and make them resign so that they can save some money.
