It is a great company to start your career with. There is no sudden burden of work as a newbie. The infrastructure and facilities are great. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike on every year.

Dislikes

Depending upon the peak sometimes the job may become hectic. But there's been a lot of scope to learn new technology.

Xsosys technology is expertise in Morden technology and implementing new innovation into work. Friendly woke culture, good to work in team as member to develop big corporate projects. Job security is based on attitude. Company allows casual wear in office. Most importantly Best management for good attitude people.

Dislikes

Projects are challenging sometimes so work life balance is hampered. Two Saturdays are working days, if all Saturdays holiday would be more helpful.
