This is the real best place to work I have experienced ever in my career of 15 years. Clearly, the management gives you total freedom to this creatively and implement the same. Totally satisfied working at Xoriant.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
